Service for Thomas "Tom" Witt, 73, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 12, 2013 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Harley Charles will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Thomas "Tom" Witt passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in Cleburne. He was born April 14, 1939 in Flint, Mich. to Dale Ralph and Genevieve Rosalie Stadlmann Witt.

Tom was a tool and dye maker with over 30 years of service before retirement. He was a happy, outgoing man. He whistled all the time and liked to sing. Tom was always optimistic in all things. He loved animals, especially his dog, Tippy. Tom also loved volunteering, especially at Vacation Bible School, the triage at Hope Clinic and Meals on Wheels. His loving spirit and giving nature will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his life partner of over 20 years, Donna Witt; children, Susie Karamooz and husband, Hossein and Shelly Roman and husband Guadalupe; step children, Teresa Creamer, Susan McCulley, Gina Williams; five grandchildren, Derek and Lindsey Roman, Mahdiar, Romair and Kamran Karamooz; seven step grandchildren; great grandchildren, Mikyla and Riley; seven step great grandchildren; two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends, including an aunt, Anna Smith; cousins, Loren and Kenny Smith and special friends, Larry, Myrna, Robert and Max. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
