Tobie Johnson

Covington, Funeral services for Tobie Lyn Johnson, 26, of Covington, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Covington Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Gardens, in Hillsboro.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Tuesday, at Cleburne's Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home, 414 N. Main St.

Tobie Lyn Lilly Johnson, a homemaker, was born July 13, 1978, in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Sherry and Chuck Lilly. She passed away on February 19, 2005, in Fort Worth. She attended high school in Woodson, Texas and college in Cisco and Hillsboro.
She married Shane Johnson April 28, 2001, in Covington, Texas.

Tobie loved life. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter and loving sister. She was loved by many. She always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed visiting with friends and family. She always had kind words for everyone. She was totally devoted to her sons, Cole and Craig and husband, Shane. Tobie's life on earth ended suddenly and she will be missed by the many who loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Shane Johnson, of Covington; sons, Cole and Craig Johnson; parents, Chuck and Sherry Lilly, also of Covington; sister, Kristy Andrews and husband, Shawn, of Corsicana; grandmother, Anita Daniel, of Fort Worth; David and Janette Johnson, father-in-law and mother-in-law, of Covington; sister-in-law, Alisha Barnes and husband, John, of Covington; nephews, Davy and Cash Barnes and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
