Tommy Batchelor

Services for Tommy B. Batchelor, 89, of Burleson will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 13, 2011 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in the Caddo Cemetery. The Reverend Z.D. Cooper will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Batchelor passed away Saturday, July 9, 2011 in Mansfield. He was born July 5, 1922 in Johnstown, to Charlie C. and Ola Hall Batchelor. Mr. Batchelor was a laborer for the Ft. Worth Public Schools and was of the Pentacostal faith. He served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Batchelor is survived by his sons, Chester Batchelor and wife Billie of Burleson and Jimmie B. Batchelor of Springtown; brothers, George and Jerry Batchelor; sister, Vernetta Bryant and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two wives, Imogene and Helen; son, L.T. Batchelor; three brothers, Walter, Abb and Lee and two sisters, Rosie and Lucille.
