A graveside service for Tommy Rotenberry, 82, of Evant, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 5, 2016 in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Lingleville, Texas. Mr. J.D. Wright will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Tommy Rotenberry passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Gatesville. He was born May 14, 1934 in Alvarado to Jack and Buna (Wiley) Rotenberry. He married Betty Key on April 8, 1960 in Gatesville.
Mr. Rotenberry was a steel worker and was of the Christian faith. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Tommy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Rotenberry of Evant; sons Tommy Wayne (Lori) Rotenberry of Garland, Kenny (Nancy) Rotenberry of Burleson and Larry (Marsha) Rotenberry of Cleburne; grandchildren Joshua, Jairon, Jordan, Amanda, Danny and Davey; great-grandchildren Levi, Esrra and Cash; brothers Clifford Rotenberry of Cleburne and Chester Rotenberry of Rio Vista; numereous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and one brother.
