Travis Brents

Services for Travis L. Brents, 88, of Springtown, formerly of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 16, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Jon Atwell will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky Hendrix, Travis Brents, Kolton Wilhelm, Kevin Hendrix, John Rodriquez and John Russell. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday.
Mr. Brents passed away Monday, April 12, 2010 in Springtown. He was born October 2, 1921 in Bowlegs, Oklahoma to G. E. and Stella Parker Brents. He married Irene Cryer on December 21, 1978. She preceded him in death on March 6, 2001.
He was an accountant in the auto industry and was of the Baptist faith.
Travis L. Brents is survived by his son, Joe Brents and wife Martha of Raliegh, NC; 3 grandchildren, Kim Brents and husband Rick of Springtown, Sheila Wilhelm of Watauga and Jamie Brents of Haltom City; 7 great grandchildren, Kristina, Kevin, Alicia, Travis, Krystle, Karley and Kolton; 2 great great grandchildren, Nicholai and Brady and daughter-in-law Leigh Mouring of North Richland Hills.
