Val A. Loose, 83, of Cleburne, passed away January 14, 2021 in Fort Worth. He was born September 25, 1936 in Rising Star, Texas to Norman R. and Evelyn J. (Wing) Loose. He married Charlotte Elaine Keyes on November 8, 1958 in Harlingen, Texas. Val was a founding elder at Cleburne Bible Church.
Val Loose served his country for 10 ½ years in the United States Air Force. He then was a pilot with Braniff Airlines for 15 years and worked at American Airlines for 12 years.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Charlotte (Keyes) Loose of Cleburne; children, Allan Loose and wife Leanne Browder of San Antonio, Cheryl Simmons and husband Steve of Cleburne, David Loose and wife Kelley of Dallas, and Brian Loose and wife Shannon of Cleburne; grandchildren, Aaron Loose, Garrett Loose, Elizabeth Dawson, Amy Moore, Ashley Oakley, Brittany Villasana, Davis Loose, Coleman Loose, Andrew Loose, and Zane Loose; 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Russel Loose and wife Sonya of Cloud Croft, New Mexico; sisters, Linda Brannon of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Susan Ratcliff and husband Tom also of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
A private Memorial Service for family will be held. Memorials may be made to The Missions Ministry, at Cleburne Bible Church, 930 N. Nolan River Rd., Cleburne, Texas 76033.
