Vicente Castanuela

A memorial gathering and visitation for Vicente Sandoval Castañuela, 59, of Cleburne will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 P.M., at the funeral home.

Vicente passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 in Cleburne. He was born February 8, 1964 in Brownwood to Guadalupe and Irene Sandoval Castañuela. Vicente worked in residential construction. He was a classy man that had great pride and was a jokester. You never had to wonder where you stood with him. He was a perfectionist, very organized, loving individual and was never afraid to let it be known. Vicente made sure his children and family knew how loved they were. He was an avid music lover of all kinds and a Dallas Cowboys fan. Vicente will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children, Elsie Denise Garcia and husband, Jose Garcia, Eric Daniel Castañuela and wife, Analysia Arellano, Andrea Cielo Castañuela and wife, Selina Aguilar, Alison Nicole Castillo; grandchildren, Richard Sandoval Cortes, Elena Elizabeth Castañuela, Alexandria Rose Marie Castañuela, Ariea Dream Taylor, Dianna Lynnette Aguilar, Benito Abriel Aguilar, and Olivia Nicole Aguilar; siblings, Guadalupe “Lupita” Jimenez, Guadalupe “Lupe” Castañuela, Gloria Casillas, Rachel Gonzalez, John Castañuela, Erasmo Castañuela, Maria Castañuela, Jo Ann Rogers, Judy Aguilar, Doris Castañuela, and Pedro “Pete” Castañuela.

Vicente was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Richard Castañuela and Carlos Castañuela.
