A memorial service honoring Virginia Rae Booth will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, April 14. 2025, at St. Mark United Methodist Church, located at 1109 W. Henderson Street, Cleburne, Texas 76033.

Virginia Rae Booth, 91, of Cleburne, Texas passed away April 6, 2025. She was born July 30,1933 in Houston, Texas.

Bob, her husband, the love of her life preceded her in death in 1968. She had four children, Robert and wife Donna of Hico, Kathy Blum and husband Tommy of Weatherford, Ronnie and wife Teresa of Cleburne and Gary of Cleburne. She has 24 grandchildren including their spouses and 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren whom she loved very much.

Virginia was an active member of St. Mark United Methodist Church and very active in the United Methodist Women. She worked for John Manville for 28 years and retired in 1999. She loved watching her westerns and playing Mexican Train Dominos. She had a great sense of humor, very independent and family oriented. What she said, goes!

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Trudy Bateman of Midland, Dolores Hagan and Johnnie Thornton of Houston, two grandsons, Keith Gattis and Rylan Young.

She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

As a lasting tribute to Virginia, we kindly ask that donations be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
