A committal service for Vivian Gieger Ford, 95, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday in the Grandview Cemetery. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend John Glover and The Reverend James Jackson will officiate. Vistitation will be conducted from 4-6 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons, Luke Ridlehoover, Levi Ridlehoover, Daniel Jackson and Grant Jackson.
Vivian Gieger Ford passed away Wednesday October 5, 2016 in Cleburne. She was born May 23, 1921 in Talco to Andrew Jackson and Nona Coffman Gieger. She married Hollis Weldon Ford on December 29, 1940 in Fort Worth, who preceded her in death on February 17, 2005. She was a homemaker and a member of Field Street Baptist Church.
Vivian Ford is survived by her two daughters, Connie Parr and husband Glenn and Jan Ridlehoover all of Cleburne; six grandchildren, Kevin Ridlehoover, Jody Ridlehoover and wife Jen, Jill Jackson and husband James, Kara Caldwell and husband Randy, Brandon Parr and wife Karina and Shelley Romans and husband David and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, James O. Gieger and Audree A. Gieger and son-in-law Donald Ridlehoover.
