Graveside services for Vivian Roesler Mathews , 87, of Ft. Worth, will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas. Mr. Tom Collins will officiate.

Vivian Roesler Mathews passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 in Ft. Worth. She was born May 4, 1919 in Lancaster, Texas to Charles Herman and Elsie Shipp Roesler. She married Tommy Lee Mathews on March 15, 1944 in Austin, Texas.

Mrs. Mathews was a homemaker, a born again Christian and a member of the family of God.

Vivian Roesler Mathews is survived two daughters, Mary Mathews and Grace Hollinger and husband Dan all of Ft. Worth; one niece, Nancy Lescalleet and husband Steve of Palestine, Ill.; one nephew, Jim Riley and wife Peggy of Kimberling City, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy L. Mathews and one son, Paul Joseph Mathews.
