Vivian Smith

Services for Vivian Odell Smith, 90, of Kopperl, will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in the Kopperl Baptist Church. Pastor Ted Everett and Gary Sears will officiate. Burial will be in Kopperl Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Michael Campbell, Ron Smith, Danny Armstrong, R.A.D. Runyon, Mike Campbell, Boyd Hamilton and James Drew Zavala. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Vivian Odell Smith passed away Monday, March 1, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born November 19, 1919 in Bosque County to James Pinkerton and Minnie Mae Bullard Kuykendall. She married J.B. Smith on June 21, 1937 in Kopperl.

Mrs. Smith was a retired seamstress and a member of Kopperl Baptist Church.

Vivian Smith is survived by her husband, J.B. Smith of Kopperl; children, Peggy Evartt and husband, Ted of Cleburne, James Smith and wife, Anita, Herman Smith and wife, Janie, Patsy Ryals, all of Kopperl and Barbara Barnett and husband, Wayne of Walling Bend; ten grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Herman Kuykendall and wife, Dorothy Nell of Cleburne and Lloyd James Kuykendall and wife, Billie of Kopperl.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant twin sisters; infant twin brothers; infant brother and two great-grandchildren.
