Service for Wallace Jeffery, 80, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 26, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Committal will be at 3:30 P.M., Saturday in Bogata Cemetery in Bogata. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.
Wallace Jeffery passed away Monday, September 21, 2015 in Cleburne. He was born November 24, 1934 in Nathan, Arkansas to E.T. and Pearl Tollesson Jeffery. He married Marilyn Gail Green.
Mr. Jeffery served in both the United States Army and Air Force, retiring with more than 20 years of service. He was a supervisor with Bell Helicopter, retiring after 27 years of service. He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Marilyn Jeffery; son, David Jeffery and wife Joann; daughter, Alecia McNatt and husband Matt; granddaughters, Kendl McNatt and LaSandra Reed; great grandson, Ryder Cantrell; a number of nieces and nephews; and beloved pets, Angel and Buddy. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lindel and Jerry Jeffery; and sisters, Estelle Smith, Dorothy Jones, and Rose Marie Ivey.
