Service for Brother Wallace Tribble, 71 of Cleburne will be conducted at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 12, 2005 in the Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Phillip Lightsy and Brother Fritz Hudson will officiate. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wallace Tribble, Jr., Danny Westerman, Jason Wells, Kevin Davis, Tommy Molloy, Michael Maxwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Malone and Bobby Shoemaker.
Brother Tribble passed away Thursday, March 10, 2005 in Cleburne. He was born Feb. 4, 1934 in Maypearl to Roy Anderson and Sarah Ruth Stanley Tribble. He married Helen Ruth Beck in 1974 in Cleburne. Bro. Tribble began his ministery at the age of 29. He served as an evangelist to Mexico and provided mission and street ministery in the Ft. Worth and Cleburne areas. He served as pastor for the House of Prayer Mission in Cleburne for 17 years and was also an auto mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Tribble of Cleburne; sons, David Tribble and Dee of Cleburne, Wallace Tribble, Jr. and wife Kim of Cleburne; daughters, Mary Hall and husband Larry of Cleburne, Melody Craig and husband Kenneth of Aledo; daughter in laws, Connie Tribble of Cleburne and Aleta Rice of Crowley; sisters, Nell Northern of Grandview, Wanda Peck of Keene and Mabline Wells of Cleburne; brother, David Tribble of Joshua; 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Brother Tribble was preceded in death by his parents; 3 sisters; his first wife Francis; daughter, Lois Ann Tribble; sons, Ronald Gene Tribble; Mike Rice and granddaughter Amy Michelle Hall.
Visitation will be from 7-9p.m., Friday.
