Walter Scott

Walter B. Scott passed away Thursday, December 15, 2005 in Cleburne. He was born January 14, 1925 in Kaufman, Texas to Will and Mattie Eldridge Scott. He married Inez Wilson on June 23, 1945 in Kaufman.
Mr. Scott was a laborer in the cement construction industry. He was a member of Bethel Salter AME Church.
Walter B. Scott is survived by his wife Inez Scott of Cleburne; four daughters, JoAnn Taylor of Dallas, Rachenelle Scott of cleburne, Lucille Ware of Cleburne and Wanda Jo Eldridge of Ft. Worth; four sons, Charles Scott, Greg Scott, Stevie Scott and Bobby Scott, all of Cleburne; twenty three grandchildren; thirty two great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; two brothers, William L. Scott and George Earl Scott, both of Kaufman; seven sisters, Pauline, Gladys, Nancy Joe, Faye, Linda, Hattie and Mattie, all of Kaufman; and a number of nieces and nephews.
