Wanda Fowler

Service for Wanda Jane Fowler, 68, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church. The Reverend Charles E. Payne will officiate, assisted by the Reverend Brooks Monk. A private family committal will follow. Visitation will be from 6-7:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Wanda Jane Fowler passed away Friday, June 19, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born November 22, 1946 in Hamilton, Texas to Oscar and Bertha Seider Witte. She married George Monroe Fowler on August 20, 1977 in Ennis and he preceded her in death on December 21, 2009.

Mrs. Fowler worked at LaserTech Solutions for 14 years as the office manager. She volunteered at Tesuya Council of Campfire and was an active member and a volunteer for many children’s activities at Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Brooke Leigh Davenport and husband Cody of Cleburne and Linsey Rey Shands and husband Ryan of Weatherford; four grandchildren, Kaylynn Shands, Sutter Davenport, Grant Davenport, and Michael Stone; one great grandchild, Brynnleigh Stone; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Imogene Deihl.
