Warren Gale

Graveside service for Warren Gale, 73, of Venus, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 31, 2021, in Rosehill Cemetery.

Warren passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021, in Mansfield. He was born April 3, 1948, in Albany, New York to Dr. Robert Warren Gale, Sr., and Barbara James Gale. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a C130 pilot and was a Vietnam Veteran. Warren married Karen Diane Stovall on July 21, 1973, in Big Springs. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church who was deeply involved in his church life. Warren had a passion for photography, especially taking photos of historic churches. He then turned his favorite hobby into his profession becoming a photographer. Warren cherished his large circle of friends.

Warren is survived by his wife Karen Gale of Venus; daughter, Elizabeth Watson, and husband Jonathan of Dallas; sister, Donna Ohlman of Albany, New York; niece, Michelle Myers and nephew, Lon Reed Jr., both of Albany, New York, cherished friend, David Snydar of Venus, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
