Wayne Bomar
Wayne Bomar, 75, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 in Cleburne. He was born January 9, 1941 in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico to Virgil and Mary Alice Whorton Bomar. He married Jo Ann “Jodie” Phillips on December 15, 1965 in Tucumcari, New Mexico.
Mr. Bomar was a horse trainer and a member of the Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 50 years, Jodie Bomar; four sons, Dusty Bomar and wife Kym of Godley, Rob Bomar and wife Shannon and Sammy Bomar, all of Cleburne, and Doni Wayne Bomar and wife Michelle of Midland; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brother, Don Bomar and wife Glenna of Bastrop. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one great grandson, Wyatt Bomar.
