Wayne Wright

A memorial service for Wayne Eugene Wright, 83, of Cleburne, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 20, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M., prior to the service. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate.

Wayne passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022, in Cleburne. He was born May 25, 1938, in Quinlan, Texas to Raymond Leon and Alma Lee (Gauntt) Wright. Wayne married Kathy McClelland on February 14, 1998, in Cleburne. He was of the Baptist faith. Wayne was an owner and operator in the Automotive industry. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Euless. Wayne was a Ford man who loved antique cars, antique guns, and rescuing dogs. He also enjoyed working in the garden as well. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Wayne is survived by his wife; brother, Johnny Wright and wife, Nella of Fredericksburg; fur babies, Blossom, Lucy and Precious and many wonderful friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Alma; son, Warren Wright; and stepson, Chuck Nusbaum.
