Service for William Charles “Charlie” Eubanks, 91, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 17, 2020 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Reverend Charles Payne and Reverend Ty Campbell will officiate. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the funeral home.
Charlie Eubanks passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Fort Worth. He was born April 2, 1929 in Cleburne, Texas to Bill and Mildred Eubanks. He was a 1949 graduate of Cleburne High School. Charlie spent most of his life in the printing business, with many years at TCU and then starting his own print shop in Cleburne. He also greatly enjoyed selling fireworks for 35 years to his many loyal customers. He was a member of College Heights Baptist Church in Cleburne.
Charlie spent his entire life in the Cleburne area and had many lifelong friendships. Charlie married Pauline Holcombe, the love of his life, on September 1, 1951 in Stanton, TX. He committed his time and energy to his role as a husband, loving father and grandfather. Charlie will be greatly missed by his family and friends left behind and has been welcomed home by his heavenly Father and his loved ones who preceded him.
Charlie is survived by his children, Donna Steadman and husband Jim of Cleburne and Dan Eubanks and wife Amy of Southlake, Texas; grandchildren AJ, Tyson, Wayne, Sarah, Scott and Mary Elizabeth; 6 great-grandchildren and beloved brother Eugene Eubanks of Cleburne.
Charlie is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pauline; son, David Eubanks; daughter Diane Elam and sister Mary Frances Wylie.
