Winnie Reese

Services for Winnie Adele Reese, 87, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2007 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. Donald Ledbetter and Rev. Larry York will officiate.
Winnie Reese passed away Thursday, December 13, 2007 in Cleburne. She was born January 22, 1920 in Johnson County, TX to Eldon J. and Effie Ledbetter Steadman. She married Willie Ray Reese on May 17, 1941 in Alvarado, TX.
Mrs. Reese was an assembler for General Dynamics, volunteered at Walls Hospital and owned a family business-Putt-Putt Golf in Cleburne for 13 years. She was a member of Eastern Star and was of the Baptist faith.
Winnie Reese is survived by her daughter, Sharlene "Charlie" Reese of Ft. Worth; son, Ronnie Reese and wife Carolyn of Alvarado; 2 granddaughters, Natalie Bicknell and husband Stephen of Cleburne and Jennifer Burns of Inglewood, Colorado; 3 grandsons, Matt Kosarek of Louisville, TX, Jon Kosarek and wife Brandy of Keller, TX and Jeff Burns and wife Sarah of Wylie, TX; 7 great-grandchildren, Holly Bicknell, Taylor Bicknell, Madison Bicknell, Katie Bicknell, Lauren Bicknell,Kaylinn Kosarek and Kieran Burns;sister-in-law, Dorothy Burns and husband Dink of Alvarado. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers.
